Passionate about
Special Education?

Our employees describe us best in three terms:

FLEXIBLE
SUPPORTIVE
QUALITY EMPLOYER

Being a therapist or counselor in a school setting can leave you feeling isolated – you’re not part of the administration, but not quite a teacher either. We’re the small business that recognizes you for who you truly are: the lynchpin in the relationship of school, child, and parent and gives you unprecedented support to do your best work and live your best life.

We want to find the perfect match for your needs, wants, skills, and experience among our clients seeking to fill spots – either long-term or temporary. Our account managers and recruiters will go over your skills, your goals, and the ways that you work best and align them with the perfect positions where you can flourish.

See first hand why we are so much more than a staffing company.

I have worked as a professional speech-language pathologist, clinical supervisor, and consultant for 13 years in 3 different states and in a variety of settings. My experience in working with Specialized has been excellent. This company is extremely well-organized, and all employees are very professional and dedicated. Specialized does a wonderful, thorough job of training its employees and providing support in all aspects. I highly recommend working for this company! Emily, Speech-Language Pathologist
